表面修飾對CdSe量子點熒光增強作用機制的研究

摘要:將有機溶劑熱法合成出的油溶性CdSe量子點分別用硅烷偶聯劑和自制的具有熒光的水溶性低分子量兩性聚合物DSPE-PAA(聚丙烯酸-1,2-二硬脂酰-sn-丙三醇-3-磷脂酰乙醇胺)進行修飾,在有效的實現了量子點水溶化的同時顯著的提高了量子點的熒光量子產率。文中著重探討和研究了不同的修飾方法對不具有核-殼結構的量子點的熒光增強作用的機理。

Research in fluorescence enhancement of CdSe QDs Via Surface modification
Abstract:Oil-soluble CdSe semiconductor nano-particles synthesized by way of organic-heat-solvent were modified by silane coupling agent and a water-soluble amphoteric low-molecular–weight polymer DSPE-PAA(poly(acylic acid)-1-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoetthanolamine) which has a property of fluorescence . It employed both the effective realization of QDs of Water-soluble and greater increase in the fluorescent quantum yield of QDs. In this paper, we have studied the fluorescence enhancement of CdSe QDs which doesn’t has the shell - nuclear structure modified via different methods.
