摘要：為了解決昂貴中藥材的廉價替代品問題，本文利用藥物的配伍規律和性味歸經描述來衡量藥物的相似度。具體定義了兩種相似度的度量方式，分別為基于藥物配伍集合的相似度（similarity based on collocation herbs，簡記為simchs）和基于藥物配伍和性味歸經的相似度（similarity based on collocation herbs and tropism of taste，簡記為simchstt），并通過實驗驗證了兩種度量方式衡量相似藥物的可行性，對比了兩種度量方式下聚類的準確率和聚類大小，證明了simchstt相對于simchs在準確率上有了較大的提升。

Abstract：In order to find the cheap alternatives of some expensive herbal medicines，we use the context and tropism of taste of herb to measure the similarity of herbs. This paper proposes two kinds of measure methods which are called simchs and simchstt. Through experiments the feasibility of simchs and simchstt is verified, and by compare the clustering accuracy and cluster size, it proved that simchstt is better than simchsin on accuracy.
