采用OM,SEM,XRD,力學拉伸試驗,硬度試驗等測試手段研究了單獨添加Mg及同時添加Mg和Cu對鑄態Al-Fe-V-Si合金及其熱擠壓棒材顯微組織和力學性能的影響,考察了固溶時效處理對同時添加Mg和Cu的Al-Fe-V-Si合金力學性能的影響。結果表明:添加Mg可以明顯細化Al-Fe-V-Si合金的鑄造組織,改善鋁鐵相的形貌與分布,還有利于提高合金的硬度與強度;同時添加Mg和Cu,Cu抵消部分Mg的細化作用,但經過淬火時效后,形成Mg2Si、Al2Cu和Al2CuMg相,使得Al-Fe-V-Si合金的硬度與強度進一步提高。

在鑄態Al-Fe-V-Si合金中加入不同含量的Be,考察其對Al-Fe-V-Si合金組織和力學性能的影響。結果表明:元素Be的加入能使鑄態Al-Fe-V-Si合金中粗大針狀鋁鐵相得到明顯改善,基體晶粒得到細化,力學性能提高。在分析實驗結果的基礎上,對不同Be添加量的細化變質效果略做比較,綜合來看,加入1.28%Be的合金中針狀鋁鐵相已經消失,基體晶粒細小,力學性能較好。

In this paper Objective Obestatin is an endogenous peptide sharing the same peptide precursor with ghrelin. We aimed to investigate whether and how obestatin could exert neuroprotective effects on MES23.5 dopaminergic cells against 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+)-induced neurotoxicity. Methods MES23.5 cells were pretreated with obestatin (10-13 ~ 10-6 mol/L) for 20 min prior to 200 μmol/L MPP+ incubation for 12 or 24 hrs, or treated with different doses of obestatin (10-13 ~ 10-7 mol/L) for 0, 6, 12, 24 hrs, respectively. Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay was used to measure cell viability. Flow cytometry was used to measure the caspase-3 activity and the mitochondrial transmembrane potential. Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) protein levels were determined by western blotting. Results Obestatin (10-13 ~ 10-7 mol/L) pretreatment could block or even reverse MPP+-induced reduction of cell viability in MES23.5 cells. Solely obestatin treatment increased cell viability. However, it had no effects on MPP+-induced mitochondrial transmembrane potential collapse and caspase-3 activation. Elevated PCNA levels were observed with 10-7, 10-9, 10-11 and 10-13 mol/L obestatin treatment for 12 hrs. Conclusion The protective effects of obestatin against MPP+ in MES23.5 cells were due to its proliferative rather than anti-apoptotic effects.

上皮間充質轉化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition, EMT)是指上皮細胞在某些生理或病理條件下失去上皮細胞特征并獲得間充質細胞特征的生物學過程,其間涉及復雜的調控網絡與分子機制。根據其在不同的生物學過程中起作用分為三個類型。在創傷修復的復雜過程中,表皮細胞經歷EMT過程進行再生重建表皮層,對該過程進行深入研究對于創傷修復乃至干細胞與組織工程具有潛在意義。本文就此予以綜述。

為了解決昂貴中藥材的廉價替代品問題,本文利用藥物的配伍規律和性味歸經描述來衡量藥物的相似度。具體定義了兩種相似度的度量方式,分別為基于藥物配伍集合的相似度(similarity based on collocation herbs,簡記為simchs)和基于藥物配伍和性味歸經的相似度(similarity based on collocation herbs and tropism of taste,簡記為simchstt),并通過實驗驗證了兩種度量方式衡量相似藥物的可行性,對比了兩種度量方式下聚類的準確率和聚類大小,證明了simchstt相對于simchs在準確率上有了較大的提升。

We propose that it is possible to engineer both the magnetic anisotropy energy (MAE) and the electric field modification of the MAE of ferromagnetic films. Using our recently developed orbital selective external potential (OSEP) method, we have unambiguously identified different contributions of each atomic orbital to the MAE of the ferromagnetic metal films, and find that the occupation of 3 dz2orbital is the key issue for the system to display large electric field response. Based on the theoretical conclusion, we have successfully designed several interesting Fe monolayers which demonstrate dramatically different MAE and could exhibit strong electric field control of magnetism. Our work may open a new avenue to the artificial design of electrically controlled magnetic devices.

將有機溶劑熱法合成出的油溶性CdSe量子點分別用硅烷偶聯劑和自制的具有熒光的水溶性低分子量兩性聚合物DSPE-PAA(聚丙烯酸-1,2-二硬脂酰-sn-丙三醇-3-磷脂酰乙醇胺)進行修飾,在有效的實現了量子點水溶化的同時顯著的提高了量子點的熒光量子產率。文中著重探討和研究了不同的修飾方法對不具有核-殼結構的量子點的熒光增強作用的機理。

SHP-2蛋白是一種含有兩個SH2結構域的磷酸酶,在胚胎發育、血細胞生成和很多生長因子引發的下游通路中起基礎作用,與很多疾病的發生有關。SHP-2的N端SH2結構域是細胞因子或病毒因子激活該蛋白的分子內靶點。對shp2進行信息學分析,設計引物通過PCR克隆出人SHP-2蛋白N端SH2結構域(NSH2)的DNA序列。重組到原核表達載體pGEX-2T中,在大腸桿菌BL21 (DE3)中成功高效率表達了可溶性NSH2蛋白。對蛋白進行15N同位素標記和純化,之后濃縮達到了NMR結構研究實驗的要求。下一步將用于NSH2蛋白與CagA蛋白的滴定NMR結構研究,以從分子結構水平上揭示CagA蛋白的致病機理。
